2. Learn how to meditate
- Start with intention: "This is for my wellbeing and for how I show up for others."
- Settle your body: sit upright, soften shoulders and belly, feel your feet on the ground.
- Follow natural breathing: do not force it, just feel the breath at your nose or lips.
- Mind wanders: gently return. No judgment. Return again and again.
- Close with kindness: thank yourself and end with one calm intention for your day.
Important: wandering mind is normal. Progress is less reactivity, more patience, and faster recovery from stress.
Daily micro-moments: while waiting, washing hands, brushing teeth, or sitting at your desk,
feel your feet and body, and return to direct experience.
