I built MOUDRO because I know this pattern from the inside. In my own life, I turned healing into another performance: I have to exercise, I have to eat perfectly, I have to do everything right. The pressure became another stress load. If you are hard on yourself and carrying high expectations, you are not alone. I built this space for people who feel exactly that.
